Dining Collection for Long-Distance Trains

This dining collection was developed in collaboration with an interior design graduate studio reimagining the sleeping and dining cars of a luxury train, inspired by Japan’s Shiki-shima. The redesigned interiors prominently feature traditional Kumiko patterns—celebrated for their intricate geometric forms and cultural significance.

In harmony with this aesthetic, the Lock dining set is designed to complement the refined interior environment. It enhances the dining car experience through thoughtful integration of form and function, aligning with the visual language and sophistication of the reimagined train.
